Project Transport, established in 1994, is a transportation service provider of Less-Than-Container Load (LCL), Full-Container-Load (FCL), Roll-on/Roll off (RORO), Oversized Cargo, Break-Bulk and Project Freight. Q. What areas do you service?

A. We provide service to and from all six major Hawaiian Islands (Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, Kauai, Lanai and Molokai), Alaska, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia island groups, the 48 contiguous States, and Canada. Among the specific islands we service in Oceana are Guam, Saipan, Tinian, Rota, Palau (Koror), Truk (Chuuk), Pohnpei, Kosrae, Yap, Majuro, Ebeye, and Kwajalein Atoll. Q. How do I establish credit with Project Transport?

A. In order to establish credit with Project Transport, you would need to fill out our Credit Application Form. If you do not wish to establish credit with us, we can still handle your payment via "prepaid in advance" or "driver collect."

Q. Does Project Transport accept credit cards?

A. Unfortunately, Project Transport does not accept credit cards. The acceptable forms of payment are company check, wire transfer or money order.

Q. Do you handle household goods or personal vehicles?

A. At this time, we do not handle household goods, personal effects, or personal vehicles. Our services is primarily tailored for business. We service many industries including manufacturing, commercial, industrial, retail, wholesale, engineering, construction, municipalities, U.S. Military, and government.

Q. How do I file a claim?

A. In order to file a claim, please fill out our Damage & Loss Claim form. You can fax the completed form to (626) 303-4550. Once we receive the form, we will process your claim and respond in a timely manner.

Q. If my freight is lost or damaged in shipping, is it automatically insured for full replacement value?

A. No, shipments are not automatically insured as part of our service. As with all freight companies, there are limits of liability depending upon the commodity and other factors; however, there is a maximum liability of $500.00 per piece, package, or customary freight unit. If you have freight which is fragile or of high value, we suggest purchasing cargo insurance.

A. Yes. Upon request, we can additionally provide marine cargo insurance placement with our insurance underwriter.
