A. In order to obtain a quote, you can either fill out our Quote Request form or email us at quote@project-transport.us. We also provide instant LCL rates to Hawaii and Guam/Saipan. Last but definitely not least, please feel free to speak directly to one of our friendly, knowledgeable representatives by calling us at (626) 303-4500. We are available in the office to service you from 8 AM – 5 PM PST.
Q. What information must I provide on my quote request?
A. In addition to providing the dimensions, weight and description of your freight, you would also need to specify the origin and destination zip codes. Project Transport offers a wide selection of quote services. To name a few, we provide "port to port," "port to door," "door to door," and "door to will call" services. Please specify if pickup or delivery is needed, and/or whether the shipment requires any additional services. With our wide range of transportation services, we can provide a quote specifically tailored to meet your shipping needs.
Q. Is my quote a guarantee of price?
A. Rate quotations are for the purpose of estimating freight charges and are not necessarily a guarantee of price. Freight charges shall be based upon the actual commodity, weight, and measure at time of shipping. Unless otherwise stated, freight quotations are valid for 30 days and are based upon present tariff and shipping conditions. Quotes are subject to confirmation at time of booking.
